Brian has provided technical planning and development assistance to small communities in northern Utah for 20 years. Previously, he was the Director of Community and Economic Development for the Bear River Association of Governments in Logan, Utah. Residents will continue to apply for a building permit for activities that do not change the footprint of their home. The permits are submitted through the Frontier System. In approximately six weeks, the county will move to a new software system, and we will let you know when the change will occur.
