Cities in Utah only handle traffic and criminal offenses up to and including class B misdemeanors. Traffic and criminal offenses that are within the jurisdiction of Ogden Valley City are handled in the Justice Court at Washington Terrace. Criminal Cases are prosecuted by the City Prosecutor. Civil cases brought by or against the City are handled by the City Attorney.
