Brian Carver, Planning Manager at JUB Engineering, serves as Ogden Valley's city planner. Brian will coordinate with the staff at Building Division/Permits and Inspections. Following the Interlocal Agreement Brian and the county staff will review and inspect permits for activities allowed during the moratorium.

Inspection Scheduling Information

All inspection requests will be made within 24 hours following the date of the request on regular business days, excluding holidays. Please plan accordingly. When scheduling an inspection you will need the owners or contractors name, address, permit number, type of inspection and a phone number where you can be contacted. We schedule the inspections on an A.M. P.M. basis. The A.M. inspections will be from 8:30 A.M. to 12:00 noon, and the P.M. inspections will be from 12:00 noon to 4:00 P.M. Please feel free to contact scheduler at 801-564-0897 the day of to get a better idea on timing.

Ogden Valley City Payment Options

No matter which method you choose, include the permit # in the permit portal that begins with PEND (for example, PEND26-0123).
