Ogden Valley City Code Enforcement
ReeAnn Bott, Code Enforcement at Beacon Code Consultants, serves as Ogden Valley's city code enfocer. ReeAnn will coordinate with the Ogden Valley city staff.


With more than a decade of experience in code enforcement, legal administration, regulatory compliance, and public service, Officer Bott brings a diverse professional background and a strong commitment to community development. Since 2018, she has served in municipal code enforcement roles in Utah, including positions with Garland City and the City of West Haven, specializing in code compliance, storm water inspection, and regulatory oversight.
Officer Bott’s career in public service began in law enforcement and corrections, serving as a Correctional Officer with the Arizona Department of Corrections, a Constable for Cochise County Justice Precinct 4, and in various community and law enforcement roles. These experiences provided extensive knowledge of legal procedures, court protocols, conflict resolution, and public safety operations.
In addition to municipal and law enforcement experience, Officer Bott has worked in legal administration and paralegal support for law offices in Arizona and Utah, assisting with legal research, document preparation, ordinances, resolutions, and administrative compliance. She holds an Associate Degree in Legal Administration and has completed a multitude of specialty training programs.
A graduate of Project CENTRL – Hosted by the Arizona Center for Rural Leadership – a Rural Leadership Program focused on the unique challenges facing rural communities, Officer Bott is passionate about civic involvement and community improvement. She has served on several community and nonprofit boards, including Parks and Recreation, City Celebration, Historical Theater, and Planning and Zoning advisory boards.
Outside of government service, Officer Bott has demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership as co-owner and office manager of an HVAC/R company in Southern Arizona and as owner and manager of an NPIP-compliant poultry and livestock ranch. These experiences strengthened her skills in budgeting, operations management, personnel coordination, and business development.
Known for a strong work ethic, professionalism, and practical problem-solving abilities, Officer Bott remains dedicated to supporting safe, organized, and thriving communities through effective public service and leadership.
