SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING (Supplemental Notice to Original Notice of April 2, 2025)

1. Call to Order

2. Public Comment (at the discretion of the Mayor). All public comment shall: 1) only be made by those after the person states his or her name and address for the record; 2) may last no longer than 2 minute unless otherwise allowed by the Mayor; 3) must be germane to the authority of the City Council and be directly related to city programs, projects, services or events; and 4) may not address an item already on the agenda.

3. Ordinance 2026-10: Feed Schedule Code. Discuss and possibly deny, continue, or adopt Resolution 2026-10 adopting a Fee Schedule Code.

4. Resolution 2026-18: Resolution on Fee Schedule. (Approximately 10 minutes). Discuss and possibly deny, continue, or adopt Resolution 2026-18 adopting a Fee Schedule.

5. Ordinance 2026-19: ORDINANCE NO. 2026-19: AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING ROADS, STORM DRAIN, AND TRAILS IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLANS; ADOPTING ROADS, STORM DRAIN, AND TRAILS IMPACT FEE ANALYSES AND SUMMARIES THEREOF; ENACTING IMPACT FEES FOR SUCH PUBLIC FACILITIES; PROVIDING FOR CREDITS, REFUNDS, ACCOUNTING, APPEALS, ADMINISTRATION, COLLECTION, AND USE OF SUCH FEES; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. (Approximately 10 minutes). Discuss and possibly deny, continue, or adopt Ordinance 2026-19 adopting new Impact Fees. (Previously Noticed)
