Ordinance 2026-50: An Ordinance Of The Ogden Valley City Council Amending Title 5 Of The Ogden Valley City Municipal Code By Enacting Chapter 5.06, General Fire And Fireworks Restrictions; Providing For Automatic Adoption Of Fire Restrictions Issued By The Weber Fire District Or Other Applicable Fire Authority; Restricting The Use Of Personal Fireworks Within Designated Areas Of The City; Adopting An Official Firework Restriction Map; Providing For Enforcement And Penalties; And Providing An Effective Date.
