SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING (1:00 pm)

4. Ordinance 2026-07: Amending Moratorium. (Approximately 10 minutes). Discuss and possibly deny, continue, or adopt edits to Ordinance 2025-5 Moratorium.
5. Discussion: Upcoming Public Hearing on Impact Fees. (Approximately 10 minutes).
6. Ordinance 2026-08: Parking Code. (Approximately 10 minutes). Discuss and possibly deny, continue, or adopt Ordinance 2026-08 for Parking Code.
7. Ordinance 2026-09: Enforcement Code. (Approximately 10 minutes). Discuss and possibly deny, continue, or adopt Ordinance 2026-09 for Enforcement Code.
8. Ordinance 2026-10: Fee Schedule Code. Discuss and possibly deny, continue, or adopt Ordinance 2026-10 for the Fee Schedule Code.
9. Resolution 2026-18: Enabling to Adopt Fee Schedule. Discuss and possibly deny, continue, or adopt Resolution 2026-18 approving a
