Resolution 2026-45: Authorizing the Preparation of Ordinances and Personnel Materials in Accordance with the Organizational Chart Structure Approved on this Date. Discuss and possibly deny, continue, or adopt Resolution 2026-45. 

Resolution 2026-46: Adopting the Official Vision Statement of the Municipality. Discuss and possibly deny, continue, or adopt Resolution 2026-46.
