NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of Ogden Valley City will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, July 14th at 6:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as possible, to consider changes to the following:

– Chapter 104-10 Shoreline Zone S-1

Proposal/Project Information:
The proposed changes include modifications to the allowed maximum building height in the Shoreline Zone.

Participation:
All interested parties are invited to attend the hearing to express their opinions or submit written comments. Written comments may be submitted prior to the hearing on July 10th at planning@ogdenvalleyut.org or at the Huntsville Town Office at 7474 E 200 S, Huntsville, UT during office hours:
Monday through Wednesday 9am to 1pm
Thursday 1pm to 5pm
