Notice is hereby given that the Ogden Valley City Council of Ogden Valley City will hold a Special City Council Meeting, March 23, 2026, beginning at 3:00 p.m. Location: Huntsville Town Hall, 7474 E 200 S, Huntsville, UT, 84317

Agenda
1. Call to Order
a. Pledge of Allegiance
b. Moment of Silence

2. Public Comment (at the discretion of the Mayor). All public comment shall: 1) only be made by those after the person states his or her name and address for the record; 2) may last no longer than 2 minute unless otherwise allowed by the Mayor; 3) must be germane to the authority of the City Council and be directly related to city programs, projects, services or events; and 4) may not address an item already on the agenda.

3. Consent Agenda
a. Approval of Minutes: March 2, 2026
b. Approval of Invoices: JUB; Caselle

4. Ratification of Posting of Notice of Intent to Prepare Impact Fee Facilities Plans and Impact Fee Analyses for Trails, Transportation (Roads), and Storm Drainage Systems

5. Approval of an Agreement Between the Utah State Tax Commission and a Municipality that has Imposed the Municipal Energy Sales and Use Tax

6. Closed Meeting (As needed)
A closed meeting for any purpose as allowed in UCA 52-4-25.
